HONOLULU (KHON2) — A late night, routine ride in Nanakuli took a terrifying turn Friday night for a 22-year-old man.
As he cruised down the road, he was met with an unsettling feeling that he was being following by another vehicle.
His unease seemed to have been warranted because soon after the the complainant heard loud noises and his rear window was shattered.
The suspect promptly left the scene and no known suspects are in custody at this time.
The 22-year-old was able to walk away from the ordeal without any injuries and police are investigating the incident.
Police have labeled the altercation as an attempted murder.
