The 59-year-old driver remained at the scene and was uninjured.

HONOLULU (KHON2) — A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital Thursday night following a crash involving the rider and a city and county bus, said Honolulu Emergency Medical Services.
According to the Honolulu Police Department, the incident happened at around 9:15 p.m. on Fort Weaver Road in Ewa Beach.
Police were told that the 31-year-old motorcyclist was traveling in the northbound lanes while the 59-year-old bus driver was traveling south. However, as the bus driver took a left turn into Kuhina Street, he collided with the motorcyclist who was attempting to speed past the bus.
As a result of the crash, the motorcyclist was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The 59-year-old male motorist remained at the scene and was not injured.
Police said the motorcyclist was wearing a helmet.
