Police say the victim, a 24-year-old man, was in his vehicle at the time. A 38-year-old man has been arrested and possibly facing possible charges for violently attacking a man in his car late Saturday night in the Ewa Beach area of Honolulu. The attack occurred around 11:30 p.m. and was reported to have occurred around the same time as the victim, 24, who was in his vehicle at the time. The suspect has not yet been formally charged.
