First Alert Forecast: Big surf with the best weather on the planet to continue through the week Breezy trade winds are expected to continue throughout the week, with high pressure slowly tracking eastward. Despite minor fluctuations in wind speeds and mostly dry and stable conditions, no significant rainfall is expected. A southwest swell is expected to peak today above advisory levels and another large southwest swell expected Thursday night. Small northwest pulses are expected over the next two days, with east shores expected to increase later this week due to strengthening trades.

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Breezy trade winds will continue this week with high pressure slowly tracking eastward. Scant trade showers will favor windward shores and slopes. Our weather pattern will change very little through the period, with minor fluctuations in wind speeds and mostly dry and stable conditions continuing. A few windward clouds and showers will occur at times, but no significant rainfall is expected through the week.
A southwest swell will be peaking today above advisory levels. Another big southwest swell is due Thursday night. Small northwest pulses are due over the next two days. East shores will pick up later this week in response to the strengthening trades.
