HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Accused crime boss Mike Miske has been acquitted of trying to murder a former associate.

A federal judge dismissed two charges against Miske related to a 2017 attack on Lindsey Kinney at Kualoa Ranch after he allegedly turned down Miske’s request to kill Johnathan Fraser in 2016.

The federal racketeering trial resumes Wednesday, and the defense is expected to begin its case.
