Her family said Francisco died Sunday morning at Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center on Oahu. Maile Emily Francisco, who was crowned Miss Aloha Hula in 2005, has died at the age of 45. Her family announced that she passed away at Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center on Oahu. Francisco began studying hula at a young age and later trained under Kumu Hula Sonny Ching of Hālau Nā Mamo O Puʻuanahulu. She is survived by her two sons, Exodus Kekiaʻiokeānuenueokeola Nuʻa Francisco and Ezra Kiona Kekahualiʻoa.
